Role: Admin and Reprographics Assistant (Maternity Cover) Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby Start Date: As soon as possible. Salary (Actual Salary): £19,308.83 to £19,611.88 per annum (Grade 2, SCP 3-4) Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours Per Week, 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only + 5 days   Please note this role is a temporary maternity postion and will end on the return of the substantive post holder.   Do you possess administrative skills combined with technical aptitude for resource production? Join us as an Admin and Reprographics Assistant, tasked with providing an efficient and up-to-date reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff. This role also provides essential, professional administrative support across the academy, offering confidential assistance to the PA to the Principal/Office Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES This dual role focuses on delivering an efficient reprographics and learning resources service. Key technical duties involve photocopying materials for staff and students, including internal exam papers, and maintaining all reprographics machinery, undertaking routine maintenance and ordering supplies.    The assistant provides general clerical and administrative support, assists with internal and external meeting arrangements (including minute-taking), and administers the academy's postal system.
