What GradRoute is

GradRoute finds and ranks internships, placements and graduate roles for students, and provides tools (an application tracker, CV review, cover-letter drafts) to help you apply. Job listings come from third-party sources; applying always happens on the employer's or job board's own site, under their terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk-downloading listings, no attempting to bypass plan limits or rate limits, no uploading content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share, and no using the service other than for your own job search.

AI-generated content

Match scores, CV reviews and cover-letter drafts are produced with AI assistance. They are suggestions, not guarantees: review anything we generate before you send it to an employer. You own the cover letters generated from your own materials.

Plans and billing

The free plan has usage limits. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase and can be cancelled any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. If your university covers your plan, it remains active while your university email is valid.

Service and liability

We work to keep GradRoute accurate and available, but we provide it "as is": we don't guarantee that listings are current or error-free, or that using GradRoute will result in an offer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? hello@gradroute.ai.
