Finance Assistant Finance Assistant Location: Maidstone Support CentreSalary: £29,736.89Contract: 12 Month FTC We're looking for a detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our Finance team at Audika. You'll play a key role in managing purchase ledger activities, processing invoices and payments, maintaining supplier accounts, and supporting month-end finance processes. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time Review and process employee expenses Set up and maintain supplier accounts Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries Support month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting tasks About You Previous experience in a Finance, Accounts Payable, or Purchase Ledger role Good understanding of purchase ledger processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Competent Excel user Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Audika?
