32 Hour Stockroom Assistant

Overview The Role As Stockroom Advisor, you will work closely with and report directly to the Operations Manager You will ensure that stock is received, processed, stored and replenished accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a clean, organised and safe stockroom environment. You will also support the wider store team by ensuring product is available on the shop floor when required. This is a hands-on role where organisation, attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Taking responsibility for the accurate receipt, processing and storage of deliveries. Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting regular stock checks and stocktakes. Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting issues to the Operations Manager. Ensuring the stockroom remains clean, organised, secure and safe at all times. Managing stock replenishment to ensure the shop floor is fully supported. Preparing stock for transfers, deliveries, collections and other operational requirements. Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure product is available efficiently and promptly. Maintaining high standards of health & safety within the stockroom. Supporting the wider store team during busy trading periods when required. You’ll ideally have: Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or retail operations environment. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced retail environment. A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your responsibilities.
