THINGS YOU'LL DO: * Get involved with strategic projects which the legal department is working on * Learn about data privacy law and how it impacts customers and ADP itself * Write letters to customers on a variety of matters * Review contracts and understand the key important terms of those contracts and how they can be enforced * Understand how any legal department organises itself globally and in country * Incident management and the process of dealing with incidents within any business and work on root cause analysis documents * Prepare training for parts of the business on legal and commercial matters * Work with finance and credit control on debt collection matters understanding cash flow, customer insolvencies and company changes * Understand some of the regulatory framework around a business WHAT YOU'LL NEED: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills particularly written communication * Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint * Willing to learn * Positive and determined attitude * High attention to detail If your application is successful you will be invited for a telephone interview to discuss your skills and interest for the role. If successful after this you will be invited for a face to face interview at our Staines office along with a final stage interview with our Legal Director.
