What you’ll be doing As an eCommerce Trading Assistant, you will: * Understand market drivers and contribute to our ambitious growth targets. * Drive revenue and customer growth, supporting Boots.com’s overall performance. * Champion technical development initiatives and support new product launches. * Ensure the legal and safe trade of our categories online while meeting KPIs. * Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our trading strategies. What you’ll need to have (our must-haves) * Experience in e-commerce or a strong interest in digital trading. * Financial acumen to analyse and articulate performance metrics. * Understanding of performance marketing and trading levers. * A willingness to push boundaries and take calculated risks. * Strong stakeholder management skills.
