Choose a track that matches your interests and strengths. Consulting: Work with real clients to improve how their systems and processes run  Support SAP solutions that solve business challenges  Help users and contribute to system enhancements  Build in-demand consulting and SAP skills  Technical: Develop and enhance SAP applications and integrations  Improve system performance and user experience  Work with developers to design, build, and test solutions  Apply problem-solving skills to solve technical issues and make systems better  Testing: Help ensure systems work reliably and meet user and business needs Design, prepare and run tests across key delivery stages Identify, investigate and clearly communicate issues Record and track defects using tools such as Jira Work collaboratively to help deliver reliable, high-quality systems that people depend on What you will bring Technical: Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a tech-related subject  Consulting/Testing: Any degree plus an interest in technology  A curious mindset and willingness to learn  Strong problem-solving and attention to detail  Great communication and teamwork skills  Graduate Development Experience Our graduate experience is designed to help you build the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled world.
