Overview We’re hiring an Affiliate Account Executive to join the Starcom Performics team in White City, London. This is an entry-level opportunity to build practical experience in affiliate marketing while helping deliver campaigns for a varied portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, publishers and clients, turning performance data into clear insights and effective next steps. It’s a great role for someone curious about digital media who wants to learn, contribute and gradually take on more ownership. Responsibilities What will you be doing? Support the planning, implementation and day-to-day delivery of affiliate marketing and lead generation campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports, using data to identify insights and help shape recommendations. Build positive working relationships with clients, media owners, publishers and internal teams. Help resolve campaign tracking and reporting issues in collaboration with publishers and colleagues. Support client presentations, post-campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews. Manage finance and reconciliation processes accurately and within agreed deadlines. Build your knowledge of the affiliate industry and gradually take ownership of smaller campaigns or accounts with guidance from the team. Qualifications What are we looking for? A genuine interest in advertising, digital media and affiliate marketing, with a willingness to learn. Clear written and verbal communication skills. An organised approach and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and an interest in understanding what performance data is telling us. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, or the willingness to develop these skills. A collaborative mindset, alongside the ability to progress tasks independently when needed. A thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to challenges and a commitment to building strong working relationships.
