Job Description We are actively looking to appoint a Branch/Yard Assistant to join the team in our Manchester branch. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who can work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Your job This role involves: Providing customers with product and service information Pick customer orders accurately Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline Serve customers on the trade counter when required Customer interaction Job Requirements Required: Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills Literacy & Numeracy A hardworking & helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment Desirable: Warehouse experience A good knowledge of computers Forklift truck licence Additional information Benefits Long term career with a stable market leader Competitive salary Contributory pension scheme Staff discount Department: Branches/shops
